Pros
Most of the workers are nice, but as with everywhere you get the oddball.
Cons
Well, it's very backward in terms of management/owners, but they are all old and not in the 2020s, if it were a shop it would be Woolworths.

Pros
This is a firm that truly puts its money where its mouth is when offering training contracts and advancement. My colleagues were all friendly and supportive and there was a good atmosphere in my department. The Firm arranges numerous individual office events and cross office events and are very inclusive. Great place to work and good quality work.
Cons
Salaries for Legal Assistant/Paralegal is low but not any different to the rest of the industry in this regard.
