      Clean environment, good safety, subsidized food van

      Cons

      the management at all levels has been there too long. Very cliquey, lack of willingness to make new people people feel included. Its like a school yard.

      Pros

      Used to be a fantastic company to work for. This has changed. Toxic and ineffectual management team ruining the business. Staff dont matter, just numbers. No experienced staff left. HR unprofessional and not trusted. General staff fantastic and under appreciated. Great group of staff who are being let down.

      Totally toxic exec team ruining the business, a HR team staff cannot trust. Nepitism rife with exec and hr hiring their friends.
