A lot of driving and the people who make the routes are not from the state I worked in so the routes were excessive with drive time.

Did not stay within contract. Was only supposed to go 70 miles outtve Kalamazoo as an on road furniture repair tech. was sent to Detroit and deep Indiana traverse city and Detroit. I told them I wasn't going but they kept putting Chicago on my route after asking me and saying it was my choice.. Got caught in a snowstorm called them and they said drive as far as I can... I'm still 2 hours out with bald tires. I went home. Training was a joke. I had togo back to Detroit 2 more times because the owners brothers couldn't train me on everything.. ended up going once before I ended up leaving. Now they want to sue me for $10000 for training on stuff I learned when I was 20. 35 now.. And the communication was the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with.
