      Majority of the employees are really nice and easy to work with Support from SBC You'll learn to do things from scratch since it's a start-up company Benefits - upto 15th month pay + bonuses + car plan (managers and up) + HMO coverage

      Cons

      Low salary increase even if you get promoted Some people in the senior management are not suitable for the job: dumps everything to their one downs, no sufficient experience and knowledge + unreliable + no empathy
