      Too much pressure & lot of politics

      Nothing. Just experience of 1 year, will be useful in future.

      Cons

      Too many. You go into mental taurma. Managers give too much pressure evn after doing sales. I don't recommended anyone to join. Half of team had resigned due too too much pressure. Managers are like recovery agents asking you sales number every 2 hours. They give you cheap bad words.
