Well when I had started working here I was full of dreams and hope this was a major breakthrough for my career and within weeks it all went downhill 1) abuse of power the seniors will treat you like slave 2) they kill your morale to work they literally taunt you about your salary and make you feel as if you are incompetent,happened to me just after few days of joining 3)no transparency they aren’t vocal about their expectations at the time of hiring they believe us employees are robots because they want us to deliver results as soon as words leave their mouth.My mental health has plummeted since I’ve started working here there is no job security and they even ask you to not use tissue paper in the name of cost cutting.The work pressure from week 1 of joining to get business would drive you insane.The injustice and judgement I’ve faced here I will never forget,think twice before joining this organisation

They fire employees within one month of joining, citing performance below acceptable standards. Excessive politics within the organisation The organisation appears to be heavily influenced by the CFO, who communicates directives to the CEO. They mandatorily give you laptop worth 1 lacs citing business requirements then they make you pay from your own pocket once they terminate you within one month of joining.
