Pros
Overall it's a pretty great company to work for, as long as you're pretty sharp, flexible, and independent. Benefits are great (Insurance, vacation, relatively flexible hours) Big potential demand for the company's products and services Work changes a lot, no one does the same thing for very long Management seeks employee input Very friendly work environment Great office location (Downtown Portland, close to public transit)
Cons
Work load varies a lot seasonally, makes appropriate staffing levels difficult to maintain Pay seems a little low for the area Office is fairly new and small, so it's still working out some kinks in internal policies and procedures
