Pros
Perks are good. Insurance, ot meal claim at $10 after 8.30pm, Grab home after 9pm and that's it. Owh! And very good colleague.
Cons
In this company, management like to see you ot. When you go back on time they question you. They are unlikely to raise your salary. Your salary will raise only when you resign. When you achieve the KPI, their so called AMOEBA that you earn for your department will be forfeited once you resign, eventhough is a next month thing. They forfeited allowance and increment. To be honest, i am very disappointed to this company especially when the new hr came, whole company become worst. New hr doesn't seems to know much about MOM rules and only side management, doesn't care for employee welfare. If this new hr takeover the current hr, don't think employees can sustain any longer. Employees stay only because they hold a foreigner work pass not pr/Singaporean. Other than that, COO don't trust the employee as well. COO very good in giving time mangement training, and the training usually exceeded time that are supposed to end. The boss doesn't seems to know what's going on or maybe the boss knows, but only listen to the management not the employees. However, the boss is good, just don't appreciate people who leaves. Yet, management need to understand if company is good, no one will leave the job. Turnover rate is extremely high, ton of tasks and redundant reports need to be done. Work life balance should be enforced by decreasing the redundant reports when the employees are already so busy. When you work for this company, prepare yourself to serve them 24 hours even during weekends, public holiday and you need to expect that they would call you when you are travelling.
