Pros

4 day week, Flexible on holidays

Cons

Micro management to an unbelievable level. Constant "you need to do more", despite being in the top 3 performers month on month. Have to provide the vast majority of work materials yourself, you also pay the cost. You cannot claim expenses for anything else other than fuel, and if the office admin person thinks its too much €30 per week you have to reduce it. All movements are tracked, the time driving, time in the vehicle and time with customers. Expected to do a high volume of daily administration including reporting the same information in 3 different systems, one CRM, one paper and one Teams forum. Every agreement you must get in writing as the management happily and frequently suffer from short term memory loss. Management frequently talk about other staff including divulging personal private work and personal related information.

Pros

Management I've delt with were all very very good, respectful and helpful, your colleagues will help you as best as they can. Okay commisson structure.

Cons

They advertise the job as a 4 day working week but you're expected and almost shamed for not doing the fifth day (not included in salary so for free) constantly being asked why? Because my contract says 4 days? Two days of an induction and then you're thrown out onto the field with the bare minimum. Reps are expected to keep up to date constantly with every single energy provider by themselves and often time this is done in your free time.

Pros

On paper amazing package. Line manager was amazing.

Cons

Salary package not what is on paper. You have to fund your own fuel for at least the first month and a half before you'll be reimbursed. Monthly salary paid in 2 payments. You have to work a month and a half to be paid in full for the previous months work. When I left waited long time to get paid my final salary.
