Employees are constantly sent mails of late comings and salary cut > HR is just to hire & fire at will of management - Backtracking on promises & offering lower pay than drawn is common tactic > too much travel & low allowances > expenses are cut for unreasonable causes > Sales structure changes very frequently with high attrition > Morning / Evening Whats-app reports - for everyone daily, cos weekly / monthly report is not enough Overall you should avoid working here if possible.

1. Salary are too low for Head office people. 2. Management policies changes in every 1 or 2 months. 3. Hire and fire policy. 4. Expect you to work on Sundays and public holidays. 5. No strategy, no vision. 6. Management lives in different world have no spine to talk to their korea staff.
