If you value your sanity, run in the opposite direction
Pros
It's a temporary fix if you can't find a job elsewhere.
Cons
- Seniors, managers and the HR department are incapable of providing a solution for the increasingly high staff rotation, basically because they are the ones causing it. To a greater or lesser extent, each of them is responsible of generating a toxic work environment based on gossiping, backstabbing and viciously targeting anyone that dares to speak up and denounce this. HR not only does not do anything with the complaints submitted by the employees, but they actually go on and promote these managers. If you're not British and you're actually good at your job, forget about ever getting a promotion in this place. Not only that, they'll make sure to make your life miserable. - Management and leadership teams in Belgium are mainly focused on making as much profit as possible by reducing the number of employees and overloading with work the few naive souls that still have some hope that things will improve; the bosses' lack of interest in building products that actually work BEFORE selling them to their customers or retaining valuable employees is staggering.
