Pros

I absolutely loved my job at SD3D, and was really bummed when I was laid off with everyone else. I worked really hard during my time there and exceeded management's expectations of a technician. There was a lot of room to grow and a lot to learn. I really liked all of my co-workers, and at one point I think they had a really good team!

Cons

Along with everyone else that made it to the end, we weren't paid in a timely manner. Chaotic work environment, very last minute, always cutting things down to the wire. Organization was never good whether it was just keeping the office clean, or meeting customer deadlines, things were usually a bit crazy.

Cons

Management is a joke. They ran this business into the ground, lied to employees about how well the business was doing, then laid off the entire Dallas office because they over- spent. Their investors don't trust them. The two owners, Bennett and David, refused to pay me my final check until I threatened to sue. They also tried to get me to illegally (the building lease specifically said no sub-letting) help them sublet the back space of the Dallas office. They have no idea what they're doing.
