Cons
They say it is a flexible schedule (even at part time) but they expect you to meet outrageous goals and be at every team and one on one meeting. The whole job is sourcing quality videos and convincing the creators of said video to hand over all of their rights to the videos. I was spending well over 10 hours a day trying to get someone to actually respond back to me, so I could make one pitch (my goal was to have like 5 signed).
