Management lacks structure and often make decisions based on favoritism and secondhand opinions rather than actual performance. Feedback is inconsistent, and there is very little support when workloads increase. There is minimal opportunity for growth, and communication between leadership is poor. Overall, the work environment is discouraging and unprofessional.

Kind of fat, like that family with just one child. The company is that spoiled only child who doesn't have to work for or prove he is good at anything because he's going to get everything whether its deserved or not. Success isn't really measured by achievement but by how well you fit their mould. Kind of like a Christian version of DEI. When you ignore that far drifting baseline too long, you will wake up one day and see how far off you were.
