- Lack of effective communication/collaboration between teams seems to sometimes result in resentfulness, finger-pointing, and jaded/cynical attitudes, negatively impacting morale.
- Foul language is quite common both in casual conversation and in team meetings, communications are not always timely, and overall professionalism is somewhat lacking at times.
- Organization is somewhat top-heavy, with title inflation not necessarily reflecting number of direct reports or scope of responsibility.
- Personal/sick days system is somewhat confusing and banked sick days are lost upon retirement/resignation.
