      Needs Balance

      Pros

      *Decent pay, can make some good acquaintances with co-workers. *Job is mostly easy and not too mentally strenuous *Overtime ALWAYS available *Will help with training and assistance if required

      Cons

      *Long, long hours. *Not guaranteed to have a work life balance (offers a lot of overtime but if you don’t want the OT, you feel passively pressured and a wave of a guilt if you decline it). *Management doesn’t always enforce rules or step in to manage some situations. *Constantly short-staffed to the point that almost always the same guards can’t/won’t do their shift and others who do a lot of OT to cover these guards are just burnt out. *There is certainly a clique circle involving particular guards and the a few of the management
