Good group of people to work with Good cafeteria Gym on site

Cons

Understaffed, overworked and underpaid employees. Unable to compete with employee compensation standards in industry. No reason to over perform as everyone gets same raise percentage per year. Yearly raises are under COLA adjustments every year. Yearly bonuses not guaranteed despite performance. Promotions almost impossible. Result is many experienced employees leaving and difficulty hiring new people at low pay

Friendly coworkers make work tolerable. The benefits offered are competitive with the pension. The cafeteria has good breakfast and lunch choices. The gym gives a break and has excellent exercise equipment.

Cons

Management disconnect from production restricts actual reform and increases loss. The absence of accountability towards management. Management transfers the blame to the lower workers. Lack of structured pay raises or promotions. Pay inequality is troubling to diverse workers. Favoritism is apparent based on race and gender.
