      What happened to Dr. Outley’s Mission and Vision?

      Pros

      The only pro and it is still waiting to be revealed, is whether the new CEO will clean house and take off the rose colored glasses. Dr. Outley is probably turning over in his grave!

      Cons

      Long time employees who become part of the problem instead of speaking out against the problem. Why aren’t those who commit injustice held to the same scrutiny as those who are unfairly terminated because Pennsylvania is an “At will” State?

      Ok pay, chance to make a small difference

      Cons

      Nepotism - leadership hires too many family and friends for no show jobs. High turnover - many people don't make the 9 month mark. Low pay for front line workers. High pay for office staff who don't do much. Run down facilities and terrible food.
