These are my Points
1.Everyone works for money means salary right??? So company policy says the salary will be credited every 7th of the month . Truth is its sometimes 12th sometimes 15th , 20th or in some cases 23rd which i had personal experience of.
2. Working hours of the company is 9.30 usually in good companies its for 9 hours, So everyday you have to work overtime for 30 minutes. (That to on non movable chairs poor quality of furniture)
3. Every company gives 1 hour break so that employee can have lunch and relax but that 1 hour break has been cut down to 45 minutes.(i know some people will say that there is 15 fun activates form H.R) Excuse me who cuts the breaks for HR activities??? But this is forcibly implemented whether you like or not your break is compromised by H.R (H.R there is just to see how they can make employee life hell)
5. Employee strength is 250 approx. but there is No cafeteria for employees to have lunch. You have to sit on work station to have lunch
6. The company provides 1 microwave oven for 250+ employees. Shame on you
7. The company has one washroom with no hygiene maintained. You will die from the smell.
Just by doing influencer marketing ( Vivek Bindra) wont take you anywhere.
8. Every good company has open door policy means if you have have any issues you can walk up to any door and share your problem but here the things are totally reverse you have to follow hierarchy while approaching someone.
The company and its H.R has achieved every heights of exploitation. Thank god i am not part of it and i regret the time i spent there.
The company only hire freshers so that they can exploit them in every way.
