      Literally worst place to work, you will die slowly

      Annual salary increases based on an evaluation.

      Cons

      - Toxic work environment, you will slowly die. - Colleagues are only there to trap you and hurt you - HR is a nightmare, the organization is very old fashioned and does not know how to motivate or keep employees. - Almost all directors are toxic ( exception maybe for WD and engineering) - Everyone is out there to hurt you trust no one, gossip is the number one pass time at sews - if you are young you will particularly suffer

      1) Interesting Industry 2) If you are a "Go get them" person you'll learn a lot

      Cons

      1) Hard to get the Trust of most staff 2) Somme Manager won't give you work to do if they don't like you 3) Somme Seniors think that the Interns are their to steal their place (which is not the case)
