A lot of different training’s including management training Lots of projects to work on Good exposure to industry Flexible working hours
Cons
Lot of workload sometimes but people are considerate if you have family emergencies Sometimes it’s difficult to get along with the chaos Management can use harsh language sometimes

Pros
Flexible timing, good payment, can get leaves easily. Great technical learnings.
Cons
Lot of work. Politics, Pressure & harassment by seniors who sit in the cabin (AGM, DGM, GM etc). They shout at you like you are a labour & plan politics in such a way that employee plans to leave the job as early as possible. (Proposal & Sales department is not a good team to work).
