      Fun bonuses, company trips, free food, great positive managers

      Cons

      Door to door sales on false promises of retaining prices at a fixed price for 3 years. Rates go up due to delivery and supplier charges. No base pay, targets low income communities and talk them into signing things that they don’t understand. Pyramid marketing They will not tell you what the job is until orientation where you take a test and become licensed and certified to do the job. Scam

      Nothing they offered is worth the abuse and emotional distress.

      Cons

      I worked at SFE for 7 weeks and they fired me for no reason. I worked for a company prior to this job for ten years and was made to believe they would provide me a promising career or I never would have left. My trainer verbally abused me with constant condescending remarks and impatience which management enables. I am devastated that I now have to file unemployment to support my two small children and only write this in hopes to prevent anyone else from going through this experience. I rate this company No Stars. Do not work for them!
