Pros
If you are a service minded professional, the benefit is in the satisfaction of knowing you are making the lives of the residents in the communities a little better. This would be a great company to work for, if the infrastructure were managed by different people.
Cons
Extremely unprofessional management which breeds unprofessional employees. Avoidance is a tactic used often rather than just resolving the issues. This is unfortunate as the Owners are great people who are just not engaged. They have checked out of their own business. Failing upwards is rampant. The employees who do the best work are the ones who are forced into either quitting, or they are fired under suspect circumstances.
