Teamwork - The office is a warm and cozy environment that makes it easy to come to work every day. I definitely miss the people. Flexibility - leadership is very understanding and have a family-first mentality. Creativity - The job gives a lot of freedom to be creative, and there will be multiple project and instances that will allow you to show your creative side. Pay - The starting pay is good. Job stability - Real Estate is growing and hence the demand for property management services (as of 2024).

Started my SG journey with Dave after he met me as a building manager at Telegraph Commons. I had the best entrance into the Real Estate world one could possibly have. I was able to learn how to manage properties as an onsite manager, received opportunities to manager other new constructions, and he also on boarded me to the leasing team as a leasing coordinator where I saw much success climbing up the latter and received mentorship by Jessica another agent who then became my supervisor. I was able to learn so much valuable skills and lessons from both of them that it has made me successful even to this day. These experiences with SG have definitely been one of the highlights of my career in Real Estate and ones I will never forget. Shout out to Dave and Jessica, two great leaders that handled the turbulent times of COVID perfectly!
