Unreasonable Work Expectations and Unprofessional Management
I worked at SGT for 5 months and unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The company culture prioritizes productivity over employee well-being, with expectations of 60+ hour workweeks and constant availability, even on designated days off.
Management consistently guilt-tripped me into coming in on my days off, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Despite my dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality work, I was denied the opportunity to use the company as a reference for future job opportunities.
Furthermore, the company does not observe holidays, which added to the already excessive workload. I found this lack of consideration for employees' personal time and well-being to be unprofessional and unacceptable.
If you value your time, energy, and career growth, I would caution against working at SGT While the company may prioritize productivity, it comes at the expense of its employees' well-being and job satisfaction.
