      Good Salary at start Free Transport Facility Health Insurance

      No Work Life Balance Increments based on Favoritism and no regular increments Entire Decisions Based on the owners whatever they said will happen despite looking into employees interest Good for start but not for long term No Career Growth No Bonuses on good sales or even on any holiday events No proper Management system/Softwares

      1. A true and real world example of toxic and seth culture; 2. Family business; and 3. Think a thousand times before joining, in fact I insist not to join.
