SIB goes an extra mile to provide what clients' require and conscious of the implications faced when working through different geographies and cultures, provides a comprehensive map for interpretation. The company is very flexible with the necessities and working hours as long as the job is done well and on time.
Cons
Being a small company that aggregates other -non core- service providers, skill upgrading is on-the-job and career advancement is left to the initiative of the single employee.
