Pros

Great lunch (really), a fairly comfortable office environment, and some good co-workers make life bearable. The 5 year bonus may turn out to be a pro if anyone actually receives one.

Cons

Everything is presented to be much better than it is to both customers & employees. Benefits are minimal, pay is okay at best, managers micro-manage, are fickle, and motivate by applying negative pressure. This is the CEO’s approach, but high-level managers have come and gone during the few years I've been here and none have really improved the perverse culture.

Looks good from the outside.

Pros

Casual dress environment, free lunch & snacks

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, CEO has no idea how to manage or motivate employees effectively and instead resorts to public shaming and bullying and turning employees against each other, shady business practices, unprofessional atmosphere in meetings, it goes on and on. The positive reviews on here came from employees that the CEO told to go on and write good reviews to help with sales. The retention bonus is a joke because even if someone did last 5 years there, I wouldn't feel confident the CEO would actually pay it out.

Pros

You would have a hard time finding a better team to be a part of in Charleston. Not only does everybody work hard, but the comraderies are so strong that when you see pictures of people from the weekend, the are generally have a co-worker in their group. The office is great as well - very modern with a gym and a private chef that cooks incredible lunch and afternoon snacks each day. The $50,000 bonus after working here 5 years is a great perk.

Cons

From the sales side, there is a very long sales cycle, and you're are at the mercy of vendor and client's responsiveness before your commission gets paid.
