      Very good place to work, very flexible, salary is good to start, a lot of PTO provided to start as well

      Cons

      commissions are low, a lot of dead weight just lingering around when they shouldnt be working there

      Pros

      Office environment is very welcoming and people get along well. Most people that come in with a negative attitude or persona end up alienating themselves and then point fingers. This typically leads to a negative review on websites like these becuase you unfortunately cannot make everyone happy especially when someone is personally unhappy in their own life and bring it to work with them.

      Cons

      Just like any company, team, or environment, one bad seed can polute the atmosphere. And its quite funny how once they are finally removed, everyone enjoys being around one another again. It is quite a shame that disgruntled employees that leave will speak negatively about a company when 9/10 most of the issues they complained about, they were the root cause of and im sure will be at there next employer aswell.

      Sometimes the bad seeds get in and takes awhile to leave. Try to hard to please all and not really possible.
