Well known charity, some good people work there. The services reach people who need support. A lot of partners. Good fundraising and support from local businesses. You can learn alot about work in housing and homeless services working there.

Too much pressure from the top down. The managers seem stressed and this trickles down to other staff. There is a high staff turnover and alot of sickness. Doesnt feel like a happy workplace.

None that I experienced during my time there. Can be difficult for staff to operate in the current charity climate with increasing complexity of the work.
