      1.You can earn lot of knowledge about Australian universities. 2.One of the Most Recognition Brand for Australian Universities. 3.Decentralization. 4.Liberal Management.

      1.Cheep salaries 2.They earn form us Lakhs of Rupees but no Salary Hikes. 3.They Dont care about Employ Issues. 4.Top Level Politics 5.No Recognition even though you work for 24*7 6.Cheep & Cheapest Management I ever Seen. 7. No Holidays 8.No Leaves 9.No Permissions for late or Early Entries 10.Even they cut bathroom washing charges from employees itself. 11.Poorest Infrastructure

      If you are desperate student. please try, they're always hiring Maybe you could find good friends

      Cons

      1. Cant negotiate salary even after 1 year stay and all efforts 2. make you work over time with no recognition or ot 3. clumsy office space 4. calls us "Family" so we can "help" each other but cant even provide payslips if required 5. Expects you to do marketing, counselling, speak with universities, while doing excel sheets and many side quests.
