Pros
The only prishth is that you can leave office at around 6.30 pm that is office time.
Cons
1. Biggest cons is that you won't be given an appointment letter or any documents that shows you are an employee of the co. 2. Salary will be credited to your account after 10 days of month end. 3. Employer does not contribute to provident fund. 4. No platform to work on any profile.

Pros
Working in this company for 21 years now, so far a great experience. Obviously you highs and lows when you work for so long, but the organisation has a great capacity to retain the people in their company.
Cons
This is a Medium level organisation , obviosuly the benefits are not like MNC's but provides a great exposure
