Bad salary structure. Worst HR policy

Nothing. They have some of the worst HR policy.

Cons

* They pay the current month's salary after 20 days into the following month. * They promised to subsidize lunch but removed it without any prior notice. * HR and managers constantly monitor employees through CCTV cameras. * A toxic 10-hour workday with only a 1-hour lunch break. * Project managers have limited technical knowledge, making it difficult for them to accurately estimate project deadlines. As a result, they pressure employees to meet unrealistic deadlines, forcing many employees to work on weekends, such as Saturdays.

- Good team members - Nice building - Beautiful interior Top managers can always give false assurances in a very clever way - The new so-called CTO can very effectively trap leaders he dislikes through miscommunication and shifting the blame onto the leaders

Cons

- Salary is not paid on time for any month. - Working 10+ hours is mandatory. - Managers increase their salaries by forcing employees to buy books written by the chairman (3-10 books) - Every month, a large portion of the salary is deducted under various names such as foundations, books written by the chairman, sports, donations, etc. - Even though they charge a large amount of money for lunch, they never serve good food. - All managers love to butter up or brown-nose all directors.
