Pros
- Depending your position you might get a good work-life balance - The product is well made and it you get good discounts - Some of the people are very nice
Cons
-They have limited salary budget so be prepared to be underpaid the industry average for your job -There was incidents of bullying by upper management -Team in France has a large degree of control and only does what would benefit their market, If the marketing material doesn't suit your location -tough luck. If the product sells well in one country but not in France well they won't go out of their way to help you. -Constant delays of projects -Working with some people from other departments was not easy -Constant miscommunication -No proper processes in place
