Pros
People are very intelligent and fun to work with, from product and engineering to sales and customer experience. They have high standards for themselves and each other, which leads to a strong work culture full of mutual respect, voicing of opinions and collaboration. As a fully remote company, everyone is great at communicating asynchronously and finding ways to stay connected.
Cons
As a startup, success is not a given, and limited resources means having to make a lot of tradeoffs between product choices.

Pros
Everyone is super focused on actual decarbonization instead of credits and that other stuff. You get to work with passionate, smart folks from several countries. The engineering tools are top-notch and there is a culture of constant improvements and doing retros often.
Cons
The hours can be long sometimes and you have to be comfortable wearing a ton of different hats. This is not the place for people that like routines.
