Cons- 1. Lady boss sets unrealistic expectations for the employees, expects you to deliver multiple videos in a day. 2. Design preference & whether your work pass QC varies everyday, according to the boss mood. 3. Over promise what the company could deliver to the clients, the deliverables then do not reflect her words/ promises. Which means, the employee suffered. 4. Don’t get tricked by the job posting online. When you’re being hired as a ‘copywriter’, your contract states otherwise (video editor and creator) are expected to do EVERYTHING, including video editing, which is beyond your ability. And what’s worst, the lady boss expects you to be as good as the rest when u’ve no experience in video editing. 5. Lunch at 3/4pm, not because employee doesn’t want to eat, but due to the MASSIVE workload, they do not have a choice. And when i say massive it is really MASSIVE. 6. Lady boss micro manage you every single day. 7. Lady boss loves issuing lawyer letter, even sometimes for minor matters that could be easily settled. 8. And the list goes on ….
