Work culture The work culture here is extremely toxic. Having to OT almost every single day, sitting infront of laptop the moment u step into the office till u end work. Literally 10am- 9/10pm. Don’t even think of having a chance to breathe because the moment the lady boss sees that ure busy, she will stuff u with projects and additional work. Professionalism Lady boss tend to OVERPROMISE to the client and expects her staffs to deliver the work that she overpromises. And worst thing is, a lot of times, she couldn’t even deliver the things that she promises but instead, pushes the work to us. And when both sides couldn’t deliver the expected quality of work, she fights with the client saying that this is the best, with a lot of words that only makes sense to her. Character When u first enter the company, don’t be surprised that u’ll be treated like a diamond. The lady boss will boast at how good the company is, how strong the team are and how good your benefits will be with this bonus la, 13th month bonus la, increment la. All those fake promises ya. But when ure no longer useful to her, she will treat u like nothing. She will expect you to edit a video as fast as her, when all she does is copied and paste from her past animations and new launch videos. Oh, not to forget, if you does something that she dislikes, she will spam you with multiple consecutive projects. Basically a book with a pretty cover only. Look at the turnover rate of the company, you would alr know how bad the company is. In addition to that, the lady boss LOVES issuing lawyer letters. Always using “my this this this person is a lawyer u know, I can ask her/him to sue you” to threaten the staffs. Constantly fighting and quarrelling with the staff/ is also something that she is extremely good at. She just wants to win. She’s the most alpha person I’ve ever seen.
