- Good work culture - Open innovation topic, IPs, and regular Hackathon - Latest tech stacks [One of the best thing] - Good product development and SDLC processes - Talented professionals - Unlimited medical leaves - Free Snacks, Breakfast, Lunch and sometimes Dinner - Management is supportive and listens to every concern you raised - Awesome employee assistance -Freehand to learn and grow in multiple portfolios and stacks Overall: One of the best companies in O&S IT in the market and latest tech stacks. If you want to work in multiple stacks and grow in space then would recommend joining it without looking at a salary.
Cons
- Not that competitive salary [Lateral entries] for the talented folks as compared to other companies in the same domain - Nothing as such but as usual few favoritism and politics is common in every company but it will not affect your growth if you are talented enough to shut bootlickers mouths - Internal mobility is very rare but depends on various factors like a team, tech stack requirement, etc. - Less onsite opportunities even in rotation based scenarios for technical folks
