      Salary but nothing else good

      This company has the most toxic culture i have ever seen, the managers threaten people over chats,lunch time breaks their were monitored,every single personal chat is monitored.

      Pros

      SMA is a great employer. They are extremely flexible and have great working conditions. They encourage fun and team building whilst giving people the freedom to work to the way which best suits them. It is a flat structure and nobody watches over anyone's shoulder.

      Cons

      Head office is in Germany so it can be frustrating trying to get answers with the time difference.
