Micro managed beyond belief. Had to ask Peter DiGillo if I could wipe my but. Stay away from this POS company. He only hires people who are desperate for money. Talks to you like you aren't anything. Luckily, I had accepted another job that actually respects their workers.

The President is just out of touch and doesnt care about his employees…he sits in his office all day long. He makes everyone do things his way when it is counterproductive. He does not provide guidance or goals. He is very out of touch with his own technology and how to use it. He said during the interview “you might be working a couple later nights waiting for the drivers to get back.” - there were many nights i was there until 830pm literally just waiting for grown men to park a truck. Zero safety standards. The cars that he provides for us to go and meet with clients have 250,000 miles on them and they’re falling apart on the inside and the outside. He claims he care about our well being but i would highly disagree with the conditions of the cars. Everything is beyond outdated, literally everything. People have had internal affairs. Presidents wife bring the dog into the office almost everyday and the dog pee’s all over the floors. golden doodle. There is really nothing good about working for this company, everyone there is miserable and the president doesnt care.. youll never get a raise, youll never get promoted, youll barley get a “thank you”. Save yourself the time and agony because you can do better then working for this small company. The health care is open market. You DO NOT GET PAID HOLIDAYS. And you wont be told that during the interview. You have to use pto to get paid on a holiday.
