      They outsource there IT management solution. So, Individuals on the internal management side that have titles that are not deserved while they let the Outsource company make all the decisions. If they hire individuals on the Infrastructure side be prepared to have to compete with their outsourced company, You will be left behind. Lack of Culture Lack of community Lack of Overall Leadership No Vertical movement. Temporary employment at best.

      Its fast paced, never a dull moment

      Cons

      There are too many to name, the promotions are based on favoritism, they don't value their workers they could careless if you are sick and have to be off no sympathy, treats you like a robot unless you are favored.
