Great friendships formed through collective trauma. Any other workplace is fab in comparison.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Nothing will change until management gains some self-awareness.

It changes but roster of clients is actually usually pretty strong Social events at restaurants can actually be really fun
Cons
Peak micromanagement. Zero trust of account managers. Toxic attitudes and fake attempts at uber positivity. Leadership collectively don't actually know how to lead a business and it eventually wears you down Zero growth opportunities, awful pay, not worth it
