Pros
The work colleagues in the technical R&D were the best, competent and fun to work with. 18 over 20 of them left just in 2018 because of the bad environment the owner creates. Apparently this is a recurring event.
Cons
The leadership is rotten and the head of the company is as corrupt as corruption goes. Combine that with an utter lack of expertise in the technical matters the company lives of. He will directly lead you, bypassing company's hierarchies and accountable figures, causing much anguish. Proof the incredibly rapid and extensive turnover. If it wasn't enough, the background of the company (and its de-facto CEO) is filled with compromising and embarrassing anecdotes which are known to partners worldwide.
