A company full of false promises to get you on board and once they have you it's all change!
Management always talking a load of rubbish with false hopes and promises, never believe what they tell you from the moment the interview starts.
Always products out of stock so you lose out on sales and let your customers down but then get told off because you don't hit your targets, it's hard to sell with products out of stock.
Top management are in a different world with their attitudes and lies that get told. Very poor man management, no team spirit, everyone's unhappy but every tries to put a brave face on but middle management are just the people to dish the dirt out to the rest of the staff!
How ever well you do you will have no job security. Have you noticed all the good reviews were done at the same time, probably in the same office!!
Wages are paid weekly but not 1/52 each week week, it's a monthly wage split into weekly wages so a 4 week month it's divided by 4 and a 5 week month it's split by 5.
They took a young lass with no sales experience with pay around £5k a year less than anybody else gave her two days out with colleagues and then sacked her a month later!
