* You're constantly dragged away from your duties to perform bizarre or tasks unrelated to your contracted role ( i.e. moving furniture, bleeding radiators or painting walls). And then you get blamed for not meeting targets.
* Management are always inquisitive as to whether or not you have mental health problems and will try to gaslight you into admitting you have such a problem.
* Staff are more concerned about saving their own hides rather than working as a team. Even willing to throw other members under the bus to avoid blame.
* Blame culture and toxic behaviour is very common.
* They will turn away high-paying jobs because their sales team "can't be bothered".
Over all, it is a toxic place to work. They will be all smiles and claim "we're all a family" but in all fact they all hate each other, working enviroment feels more like a Game of Thrones LARP with copper tubbing thrown in.
They seem to allocate a "whipping boy" which is someone they all collectively dislike, they will then treat such individual horribly before either they walk out or ultimately firing them for "not meeting targets", then a new target is acquired.
They are so hyperfocused on legal action that employees have been forced to sign wavers for being situated next to windows, accept liability for catering truck visits.
No references will ever be given from this company, nor will they inform recruitment agencies of contract termination.
