You must go to the office at least 3-4 times a week, they do not care that it is against the initial agreement.

Pros
The base salary is not bad. The colleagues are nice. The office is in a good location and nice.
Cons
There are some really good people here and it's great to spend time with them, but the really good professionals leave quickly or leave after they've already burned out due to the disastrous attitude of the management.
