Office Location. Low requirements for joining. Balanced Workload. Friendly fellow developers**.
Cons
Insufficient guidance for growth and professional experience. Software Development standards rarely followed. Language barrier, english, for almost all japanese coworkers and management. Low compenstation with minimal to no raise/hike even for experienced developers.
