      Pros

      1.Flexible time... When i say flexible its like really flexible... Just do your work on time. 2.Freedom to choose technology for your assignment. 3.Free Lunch and breakfast :) 4.Open culture. 5.Bean bags to take power nap. 6.Outings, picnic, events 7.HR very much approachable. 8.No politics atleast in my team. 9.Open to any business idea you have. 10.Good work life balance.

      Cons

      1.Technology stack can be improved 2.Bot is good thing but technology is not that much mature to support it.

      Pros

      Good HR Policies and the HR department is co-operative. Salary on time with medical insurance benefits. Leave policies are also very good. Service is good and one of the biggest messaging platform in India.

      Cons

      No innovation and no new learnings . Only SMS which is a saturated market. Lots of politics inside the organization.The politics starts from COO's room associated with discrimination and favouritism. He is good at firing people.Managers are absolutely powerless.No proper training.It's a sales company and not a company for techies.Salary compensation is below standards.

      Was a great office environment, nice people, relaxed place to work.

      Cons

      Confused outlook. Top heavy. Had a great engineering team, which slowly dissipated away disillusioned.
