Friendly atmosphere and a good place to improve your skills for Image editing

Cons

positions for editing and imaging are under paid for the amount and quality of work expected. The higher up management that isn't directly involved with the Imaging department doesn't show respect to the department.

- It's like working for your grandparents who are living in the 60's and regularly commit microaggressions and pass racially insensistive remarks. - Feel like a rat in a lab - Office is designed to induce mental health issues. Everything is gray. Cubicles are perfectly 6' x 6'. Brutal design. - No room to move up. - Senior Management holds an ironclad grip on power like a communist dictator. - Minimal to Zero benefits. - Senior Management ignore all of the advice of the younger employees.
