      Very good people Multicultural company Time off Flexibility Honesty They are always giving training for better understanding Friendly environment and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much to say. They always gave me the opportunity to learn.i guess if I had to say something I would say more communication between manager and employees.

      A lot of experience learned. Friendly people and working environment. Office location is good and safe.

      Cons

      Most people work long hours and hard working. Need weekend work sometimes. International nature requires some weekend and/or night working.

      Pros

      Great Start up Operation for new person in Automotive. Not for one with high level Growth.

      Cons

      Inter-Company issues. Micro management inside the plant and not a true list of Job title. I was a Materials manager at a Coordinators pay. Was told at hire when asking for more money, "You will not the materials Manager, you will not deal with that...."
